Recruiting Manager (Direct Hire)

We're currently partnered with a top hospitality and entertainment venue seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager. This is a great opportunity for previous hiring managers, within hospitality and/or food & beverage, to jump into the HR/Recruiting profession. Pay: $90,000-$100,000

Location: Midtown Manhattan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the talent acquisition strategy and oversee the entire recruitment process (full-cycle recruiting)
  • Managing recruitment systems, creating job descriptions, conducting candidate interviews issuing offer letters, and facilitating new hire onboarding
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills
  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics
  • Collaborate closely with hiring leadership across various locations
  • Provide guidance on recruitment procedures and serving as a resource for hiring managers
  • Contributor to the talent pool for current and newly opening locations
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices and legal requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment or held a hiring manager position in hospitality/F&B
  • Prior experience in Hospitality
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Hybrid Work Schedule (Monday - Thursday in-office, Friday remote)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
